Branch Supervisor - Full Time
Experienced Homecare RN needed for an exciting opportunity to manage our growing home health care office in Meadville, Pa.
Essential job functions:
Supervise, develop, motivate and evaluate field clinicians and caregivers.
Manage the operations of the Meadville Unit to meet or exceed business plan expectations.
Ensure Unit clinical compliance with Federal, State and Local laws/regulations as well with Interim HealthCare's Policy and Procedures.
Conduct marketing activities promoting Interim's commitment to professionally serve the homecare needs of our healthcare partners & patients.
Interview, hire, counsel, and provide orientation and training to employees.
Requirements include:
Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
CPR Certified.

years of experience as a registered nurse in the home care environment.
Medicare experience a plus.
Ability to travel within Crawford and Mercer Counties to our patient's in their homes.
Share on-call responsibilities with Supervisory Staff.
Marketing experience/ability within the local homecare referral community desired.
