Care Coordinator Assistant- Full time
POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical/Care Coordinator Assistant is responsible for supporting the clinical management team in the daily operations of the home health office. Contributes ideas and suggestions to improve techniques, methodologies and productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess professional appearance, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be able to maintain a comfort level working closely with clinicians, management and personnel.
Strong computer and telephone skills required. Must be efficient, organized and able to multi-task.
Current LPN Licensure.
Some weekend hours required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
