Industry Training Manager

At Precision Manufacturing Institute (PMI), we support an atmosphere of mentoring through a genuine desire to help others grow. We are currently seeking outgoing, team-oriented candidates for the Industry Training Manager position.

This individual is responsible for coordinating numerous aspects of our Industry Training program.
Primary responsibilities include:
Prospecting for new training opportunities;
Interviewing, mentoring, and evaluating instructors;
Reviewing and developing lesson plans and syllabi;
Coordinating building and machinery maintenance/repair;
Maintaining spreadsheets related to training, events, and billing;
Teaching/Substituting Industry classes when needed.

Successful candidates must be self-motivated and possess the ability to be a good teacher and a great listener. The incumbent must also demonstrate strong organizational skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Position requires working a dynamic, flexible schedule based upon industry needs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
