Human Resources Generalist - Full Time
Interim HealthCare of Meadville is seeking a Human Resource Generalist for our busy Meadville office. The successful candidate will have 1 or more years of HR and recruiting experience and possess excellent communication skills, attention to details, enjoy a fast paced work environment and have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer and employee service.
Essential job functions include:
Conducts recruitment efforts for all Meadville staffing needs.
Interview and screen all incoming applicants.
Conducts and/or participates in orientations for all new hires.
Ensures all Personnel records are maintained according to all regulations and policies.
Provides ongoing employee HR and Policy training.
Involved in positive employee relations activities and corrective action counseling with Management team.
